With the design developed, we prepare the documentation required for planning approvals and statutory requirements.

We work closely with the necessary consultants and approval authorities to ensure this stage runs as smoothly as possible, and address any requirements that arise.

This is where the design becomes ready for approval and construction.

Detailed drawings and documentation are prepared to support the Building Approval (BA) process in Queensland or Construction Certificate (CC) process in New South Wales, while also providing builders with the information needed to accurately price and construct the project.

Careful documentation reduces uncertainty, improves coordination and helps protect the quality of the final outcome.
